Plain words, one map, a weekly email

You run a shop, a salon or a van, not a marketing team. HeatMyMap tells you where you stand and what to do next, in plain language. No reports to decode, no jargon, no contract.

Getting started

Your first map in three steps

  1. Add your business

Search for your business on Google Maps and pick it from the list. That’s your first location.

  2. Pick the searches that matter

Choose the words your customers type, like “emergency plumber” or “nail salon near me”.

  3. Get your map every week

Your heatmap refreshes weekly and lands in your inbox, with a to-do list of what to do next.

Questions

Good questions, plain answers

What is a heatmap?

A heatmap is a grid of pins over your area. At each pin we search Google Maps the way a nearby customer would, and the color shows where you rank there: green for the top 3, yellow for 4 to 7, orange for 8 to 10, red for 11 to 20, and grey if you don’t show up in the top 20. One look tells you where you’re strong and where to focus.

What’s included in the price?

Everything: heatmaps, the local rank tracker, citation tracker, Business Profile and website audits, AI visibility checks, Search Console and Analytics, site tasks, rank-here plans, review monitoring, replies and requests, the review widget, Business Profile editing, the post scheduler, insights and reports.

Do I need to connect my Google account?

No. Heatmaps, rank tracking, audits, AI visibility and review monitoring work without it. Connect Google when you want to see Search Console and Analytics in HeatMyMap, or to edit your Business Profile, schedule posts and reply to reviews from here.

How does the free trial work?

You get a 14-day free trial with 1 heatmap keyword on grids up to 5×5, and smaller limits on the other tools. When the trial ends, your plan continues at $12.90 per location per month (or $129 per location per year if you chose yearly) unless you cancel first.

Do I need a card to start?

Yes. We ask for a card when you start the trial so your maps keep running without a gap. You won’t be charged during the 14 days, and if you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from Billing → Manage billing in your account. There’s no contract, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

I have more than one location. How does that work?

Each location is $12.90 per month, or $129 per year (2 months free). You manage all of them, and their websites, from one account. You’re billed for each active location. When you add or archive a location, we update your subscription right away, and Stripe adds a prorated charge or credit to your next invoice. All the locations you have when the trial ends are billed.
