What the DPA covers
The DPA covers personal data you add to HeatMyMap about other people, mainly the names and email addresses of the customers you send review requests to, and their opt-outs. It forms part of our terms of service.
Who does what
- You decide whose data to add and why. We process it only to provide HeatMyMap to you, following your instructions.
- We keep the data confidential, protect it, and limit access to people and systems that need it.
- We help you answer requests from the people whose data it is, and tell you without undue delay about a breach that affects it.
- When you close your account, we delete the data as described on our data retention page.
Subprocessors
We use the companies listed on our subprocessors page. We’ll update that page at least 30 days before adding a new one.
Parties
The DPA is between you and [Company name to be added], [Registered address to be added]. It is governed by the laws of [Governing law to be added].
