How SMS requests will work
- Opt-in only: a business may text a customer only after the customer agrees, and that consent is recorded.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You won’t get more messages from that business.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Messages are sent no more often than the business sets.
