Billing, in plain words
What does “per location” mean?
A location is one business address with its own Google listing. If you have two shops, that’s two locations: $25.80 a month, or $258 a year.
How does the free trial work?
You get a 14-day free trial with 1 heatmap keyword, grids up to 5×5 and 2 on-demand heatmap refreshes. We ask for a card to start it, and you won’t be charged until the 14 days are up. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your plan continues at $12.90 per location per month (or $129 per location per year if you chose yearly). You can then add up to 5 keywords and grids up to 7×7 for each location.
How am I billed when I add or remove a location?
You’re billed for each active location. When you add or archive a location, we update your subscription right away, and Stripe adds a prorated charge or credit to your next invoice. All the locations you have when the trial ends are billed.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Go to Billing → Manage billing in your account to change your plan.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from Billing → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Apart from the automatic adjustments when you add or archive a location, we don’t give refunds for part of a period.
What is an on-demand refresh?
Your maps update every week on their own. An on-demand refresh runs a new heatmap right away, for example after you’ve updated your Google profile. Each refresh covers one keyword. You get 4 a month for each location, pooled across your account, and 2 during the trial.
