Download your data
The account owner can download a copy of the account’s data from Settings → Your data. The file is JSON, a common format other tools can read. It covers your locations, keywords, results, reviews, contacts, reports and support messages, and the last 12 months of heatmaps.
Delete your account
The account owner can delete the account from Settings → Your data. Your subscription is cancelled straight away and scheduled work stops.
Your data is deleted for good 30 days after the request. Until then you can change your mind with “Keep my account” (you’ll need to restart billing). Copies in our backups are gone within 90 days.
We keep billing and tax records as long as tax law requires.
