Invite someone
Teammates share the account, so they see the same locations, heatmaps and reports as you. Seats are free, and you can invite as many people as you like.
The invite link works once and expires after 7 days. If it expires, send a new one. The person signs in with the email you invited, using Google or an email link.
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and send the invite.
What members can do
Members can use everything in the account except billing, Google connections, turning on Business Profile changes and linking profiles, deleting the account, exporting data, branding and report settings, and managing the team. Only the owner can do those.
Remove someone or leave
The owner can remove a member from Settings → Team. They lose access straight away.
A member can leave the account from the same page. They lose access straight away too, and the owner can invite them again.
Make someone else the owner
The owner can make a member the owner from Settings → Team. The new owner gets the owner-only actions, and you become a member.
One business per sign-in
Each sign-in belongs to one business. To join another business, leave the first one, or sign in with a different email address.
